I cannot speak for their service since I was never a customer. But their delivery truck came onto my property, which was the wrong address because he was in the wrong city, and caused damage to my driveway. After two weeks of playing phone tag with Chris, he finally sent an email that attempted to skirt responsibility. Here are some pictures and a pic of his response.
