after speaking to the owner, they made it right. over the fuel price. i recind my lower review. and want to thank mooresville oil for helping.

i just had 150 gallons of number 2 heating oil, delivered at 3.95 gallon. for $638.18.. not only was it priced high per gallon then anywhere around. they charged me mecklenburg tax at 7.25 and im in cabarrus 7% county. i called them asking if they will price match lake norman number 2 fuel at 3.09 gallon, they told me no, i said whats the cost of coming to get your fuel back out of my tank, lady said 100.00 fee plus $1.00 for every gallon. likely said i will no longer do business with this company again, and ill always make ... read more

I cannot speak for their service since I was never a customer. But their delivery truck came onto my property, which was the wrong address because he was in the wrong city, and caused damage to my driveway. After two weeks of playing phone tag with Chris, he finally sent an email that attempted to skirt responsibility. Here are some pictures and a pic of his response. Will report back once the situation is resolved!
