Best Body Shop I recently had an accident and needed, basically, the entire front end of my 2012 Edge replaced. I can't say enough about the service from and work performed by Scott and his crew in the body shop. Not only did they make my car look better than new, they did so in only TWO WEEKS (a full week ahead of the original projected completion)!!! It wasn't the first time I've dealt with Scott ... and, if the need arises again, it definitely won't be the last! Thanks, Scott and everyone at the body shop!!!
Mooresville Ford Mercury Inc We bought our Ford Expedition from Mooresville Ford. The SUV is awesome and we are pleased with it. The salesman promised a lot of things to us and when we went back the next week for the things that he had promised we found out that he had quit. So we were victims of empty promises that they would not honor. We were a little unhappy about that but we love our SUV.
Mooresville Ford Mercury Inc is a joke, really I tried to buy here several times and found several things. 1. like the other shopper below my salesman was smoking while showing me the cars, are you kidding me? 2. Salesman had not a single clue as to what he was talking about, I am not car expert but the guy didn't even know the trim levels for the vehicles. when i asked him several questions that i already knew the answers to, he either was mis informed or he lied. alright but didnt buy our car there... So in our long search of trying to find a new vehicle for me we stopped at Mooresville Ford. We were there for hours as they just kept talking and talking. We felt that they were a little pushy AND the guy that was showing us cars was SMOKING while he was showing them!!! I had my two little kids with me and felt that it was very unprofessional.

Excellent Body Shop This rating is for Mooresville Ford's body shop. It was a pleasure to work with Scott, Joe, and Paula. Jo's estimate of repair damage was on target - there was no need to hagle with insurance for a difference. Everyone was kind and friendly - very important anytime but especially important when dealing with an accident situation. My vehicle looks terrific and all around service was excellent!
