We have taken our animals here for 13 years and we were very happy with their service. We’re not anymore. They’re too busy to take care of the ones that kept them in business. We used to be able to call and our animals were taken care of immediately, again not anymore. I miss how they used to be. We decided to go with another Vet. We’re very disappointed in how they handled our last situation. I’m sad to leave there as they used to be amazing. 😞 If you need a vet to be “in a timely manner” this isn’t the place for you.
RecommendedMooresville Animal Hospital ..... these folks have been the best. I had to take my Yellow lab to be put down a few months back and they were so loving and caring. Today I had to take Brownie ( my Beagle) in for an emergency. Not only did they get me in quickly, they checked her out and got her back on her feet. It's been a long time since I left a veterinarian office feeling like I didn't overpay. The price was perfect and I thank them for it. It is so nice to have a animal hospital that is open 24/7 for emergencies in Mooresville. Don't have to travel to Huntersville anymore. My pom has been a patient here for two years now and we are very happy with the care they give to our dogter Winter.

We had our first visit to Mooresville Animal Hospital and it was a great experience. I accidentally left my cat, Boos, insulin out of the refrigerator and needed to purchase a new bottle immediately on a Sunday. Thankfully, Mooresville now has a 24 hour ER Vet and I was able to take Boo there to be seen. Dr. Aquino took great care of Boo and made sure everything was in order and that he was doing okay after missing a dose. I was able to purchase new insulin and all was well. We brought in our Pug after she seemed to have been bitten by something and had a swollen face. They took care of her quickly and she got the care she needed, and on a Saturday at 6:30pm. Great vets and were very thorough and communicative. 😃
Mooresville Animal Hospital is the best of the best everyone treats my pet like he is the only one at that time Sheena the groomer is awesome and Buddy truly loves to come see her
The staff during these times have been great, very understanding. Dr Smith is awesome, very caring and Dr Smith and my dog go back twelve years. My dog loves her.
