Good service I have been taking my pets here for over five years and have been happy with the service and prices. It is an older facility but they seem to care about my concerns. I also board while away on trips and prices are really good.
To busy to care... We took our dog in to this office for a routine visit and to check her ears and was so frustrated by the time we left, that we ended up taking her to a different vet the same day.. They were to busy to give adequate service nor paid any attention to our request or concerns.. I would not trust them enough to go back for anything more serious then standard vaccinations..
Always great service at Mooresville Animal Hospital We have always received great service at Mooresville Animal Hospital. We've been taking our animals there since I was a child (with the exception of living in another city for a while). The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The doctors are always attentive and listen to your concerns. I love that you don't have to have an appointment, though the waiting rooms could stand to be bigger. Saturday hours are a big plus as well.
westie owner I have been going to Mooresville Animal for about 20 years. They have always been knowledgeable and most accommodating, until the last visit. I had an expensive new puppy that I believe was sick when I purchased it. I went in the middle of the night to the Huntersville Hospital and then on to the Mooresville Animal Hospital. My expenses were huge. I did pay everyone within 24 days of all of the services, but was told by a staff member that I was going to be asked not to return again. We have taken our animals here for 13 years and we were very happy with their service. We’re not anymore. They’re too busy to take care of the ones that kept them in business. We used to be able to call and our animals were taken care of immediately, again not anymore. I miss how they used to be. We decided to go with another Vet. We’re very disappointed in how they handled our last situation. I’m sad to leave there as they used to be amazing. 😞 If you need a vet to be “in a timely manner” this isn’t the place for you.
RecommendedMooresville Animal Hospital ..... these folks have been the best. I had to take my Yellow lab to be put down a few months back and they were so loving and caring. Today I had to take Brownie ( my Beagle) in for an emergency. Not only did they get me in quickly, they checked her out and got her back on her feet. It's been a long time since I left a veterinarian office feeling like I didn't overpay. The price was perfect and I thank them for it. It is so nice to have a animal hospital that is open 24/7 for emergencies in Mooresville. Don't have to travel to Huntersville anymore. My pom has been a patient here for two years now and we are very happy with the care they give to our dogter Winter.
