The technician did a very good job with the aeration, making sure to even get the difficult areas to reach. Very pleased. :)
The crew arrived without the necessary equipment (and didn't care), might have cut a few blades of grass, and then the owner came by to defend this lousy job and felt the need to argue with me. Quick turnaround for serves however caused damage to our lawn from a low blade. Also mowed over an entire bed of ground cover.
No call no show for an in-person inspection and consultation regarding my property, which is hard to reschedule due to my work hours. I have an unusually large lot in Villa Park and only want to address certain areas rather than the entire property. Moore's communication, inspection, and consultation is done almost 100% remotely and via text message so it's been frustrating trying to get them to understand my requests due to the unique needs of my lot - hence the in-person inspection scheduled that they did not show up to.
