Ken Moore the owner did 2 deal sheets on the same 2010 Toyota Tundra with the same financial institution. First customer got his check on Thursday. Today Friday, he sent 2nd deal sheet in and we got our check. We Went onto lot to do deal and find out truck said is SOLD!!! Mr Moore after 40 years in business your ethic is terrible, customer service non existent. DO NOT patronize this business. I will have to thank you for the heads up on how car salesman get their reputation!!!
We recently purchased a car with Moore’s Auto Sales and had a wonderful experience. Ricky and Jimmy were very patient as it took several days to secure financing through our bank. They were also very fast with our paperwork and made the car buying process easy. We are first time car buyers so we greatly appreciated that! We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great used car.
I really wanted to like this place. We were looking to buy a Silverado and they had one that my fiancé really like. HOWEVER, we put a $500 deposit down to hold the truck until our funds were suppose to become available. At no point were we told it was gonna be no refundable. Well, sadly, life happened and the money we got had to be put towards something far more important. They then proceed to tell us that we can’t get out $500 back because apparently the receipt (which I hadn’t even seen) said non-refundable. I’m sorry, but... read more
