Very professional, quick to respond and truly cares about the customer.
Brad has repaired several of my appliances over the years. Most were under warranty but a few times he repaired some out of warranty. I am very happy to know someone that I can trust and know he has my best interest when doing repairs for us. I am very happy to know I can call and will get good service. Thanks Brad!
I have had Moore's appliance work on my appliances for years and he has always stood behind his work. Also the best price when it wasn't covered under warranty.
I have had them repair all of my appliances for many years. They are very knowledgeable and extremely reliable. Moores is the only one I'll call.
He is a busy man and does good work in a quick manner and professional way. I never had any problems with his work and he has serviced all my appliances at both of my homes. He may be too busy to return a phone call right away but, never gave any reason to get anything but, a very good review for his service.
Do not stand behind their work. Not even a warranty on their labor the minute they walk out your door from a service call. Rude when expressing a concern to them. Service is mediocre at best. I think the large appliance companies who give them business/referrals should be aware of who they are using to represent and service their products.
