The woman that answers the phone is very rude. You try to explain to her what you’ve been told and she don’t like it she’ll hang up on you. I would never let them in my house.
RecommendedTechnician showed up and took care of business very quickly and professionally. Had our refrigerator back up and running in no time! I also might mention that he was very thoughtful and courteous and wore a mask and used alcohol wipes to help protect himself and us from any contamination from the Covid virus situation. Price for the repair was fair and reasonable as well. I would highly recommend Moore’s to anyone needing an appliance repaired. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Fast, friendly service. The repairs to our Samsung dryer were made in a very efficient manner. They asked what the issue with our dryer, makes and model, and brought the repair parts that might be needed, so there was no waiting for parts to be ordered. We highly recommend them.
Telling a customer a part is not available and just cutting all communication is completely unacceptable. Not only did I find the part but I was able to fix the issue myself. I was ripped off and will make sure everyone knows about it.
I called and spoke with an older lady regarding warranty work . She is completely irrational and keeps hanging up on me . I have never been spoke to so rudely in my life .
they show up on time, work quickly and I don't ever call anyone else. when my appliances are under the Lowes warranty I ask for Moore's to do the work.
We had an amazing experience. Both our washer and dryer was broken same time. They were on the ball of what was wrong with them. They called us and they were very nice and kind. I would definitely recommend them and we will definitely use them again in the future if any problems occur again.
I called to get an appointment this morning for a refrigerator repair and was told Thursday. I said that's fine I'd like to schedule that, the woman said no you might get someone else to do it. Boy do I wish I could run my business like that!
Call them on a recommendation for my washing machine. They got my service scheduled as quickly as possible and were prompt coming out. They got it fixed and the prices were extremely reasonable and the service tech was fantastic will absolutely use them again
