Nice place for a wedding. Good place for bride to get ready and beautiful lawn.
Great staff, easy load in. veteran djs might have an issue with how things are ran since as djs we typically set the pace; here, the staff sets the pace and timings which can be tricky if you'e an amateur dj.
Could not have chosen a better wedding venue. So much character and incredible places for photography for a wedding. We had all of our events here (ceremony, cocktail hour, reception) and received so many compliments on the venue. We loved the southern charm and historical nature and the staff was a true pleasure to work with. Katie, the lead planner, is super flexible and her attention to detail is exactly what a bride needs. I have been in the entertainment business for over 30 years (Ben Ricci DJs) and have never performed at Mooreland until last weekend. I must say, the staff, including Marie and Barbara are among the best people I have worked with in the wedding industry. They did not make you feel like hired help like many places do. I felt like family. So professional. Can't wait to join them back again at Mooreland.
What an exquisite experience our family had at this wonderful venue. Highly recommend this lovely locale for any special occasion. Our son's wedding was handled efficiently and was enjoyable at every turn. Thank you to the wonderful staff for an awesome event!
