I had a GREAT experience with Moore Team Rentals during my lease. Immediately following my move out, after ensuring the apartment was clean, painted anything past normal wear and tear and completely empty - I received an email stating that only $9 of my almost $2,000.00 security deposit would be returned to me. Most of the things stated were things I photographed that I cleaned/did and have proof of. If you do utilize them, do not expect to get your deposit back. They’ll try to make you hire a carpet cleaning service when you move out, despite that never being a stipulation having been agreed upon in the lease. In the move-out email, they’ll say if you don’t hire one, they will hire one and charge you for it. Just email them back or leave them a voicemail and tell them you refuse to pay for one.
