My experience with Moore Supply was exceptional. Javier Perea, was very knowledgeable about all the different products in the showroom and he even was able to answer my questions when it came to different types of faucets. I look forward to my next purchase with them since the quality is much better than any of the "box" stores around. Ask for Javier when you call or walk in because he will provide you with great customer service which is a lost art in today's internet age.

Defective toilets (that explode) put in my brand new home. Manufacturer says to contact Moore Supply that they will allow me to purchase a tank to attach to my commode. Went to Moore Supply where Kendra tells me they don’t replace just a tank and that we need to purchase the entire toilet or contact the manufacturer. I finally get ahold of the manufacturer where they tell me AGAIN to go to Moore Supply and ask for just the tank. We used Moore Supply for the hardware, faucets, toilets and tubs throughout our home. The staff were beyond friendly, helpful and patient. The quality is exceptional and gives our home the “classy farmhouse” look that we were going for. We will certainly consider buying from Moore Supply again!
We went in to purchase tub and shower hardware for our master bathroom. The staff was very helpful. Picked out some beautiful items. Even ended up buying our pedestal tub from them with a 15% discount. Prices are a bit high but they offer top of the line products. Would recommend setting up an appointment as the staff is limited and busy.
Stood in parts department for 15 minutes while 5 different employees walked by me multiple times and never spoke to me. That's what I call customer service.
