What a great dealership/service department. We were on a road trip and all our emergency warning lights started flashing. They squeezed us in for an appointment at 7:30 AM and replaced our gas cap which was the source of the problem. We were very happy to have cruise control back again for the rest of our road trip. Chris, in service, was incredibly kind to two strangers. And they even brought a tray of baked treats to the waiting room.
Worked with Harry, and I have to say that my husband and I were both super appreciative of his customer service. He was patient, informative, and not the pushy salesman that we typically anticipate at a car dealership. We are very excited to purchase our car through Subaru of Richmond!
I have tried to resolve this airbag issue and did what Subaru told me to do by calling this dealership. Not only cannot I get a call back, they seem not to care about your safety at all. Guess I must ho higher than this dealership
I visited the Service Center because my timing belt needed replacing. I had nothing but excellent customer service from Don and the rest of the crew. I was able to get my to timing belt replaced, windshield dings filled, and a complementary car wash in a little under and hour at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!
