0 out of 5. Subaru does not stand behind their product. 2017 Crosstrek AC has always been under performing. They have an internal bulletin on this issue and still won't help me. Many people posted on messages boards with the same problem. They want $99.00 to tell me what they already know what's wrong with the vehicle. Never again will I step back in the Service Department or buy another Subaru. I have never had a good experience with Service.
service department needs to watch how tight they put on lug nuts. got a flat tire last night. could not even loosen the lug nuts. had to call a tow truck and have them take care of it. very disappointed that I had to pay out of pocket for something I could have done myself
Took my car in for takata recall, left and speedometer did not work. Stated they did not do it or touch it. Funny thing is the instructions for repair say they did. Don Myers was rude refusing to own it and then his manager came out and said they did the passenger side so they did not do it. He then stated look let us diagnose it and if we did it then no fee and if we did not you are paying for us to check.
