YOU WANT THE HONEST TRUTH. The first year or so was good. Until we realized that when we tell there the floors we coming apart they didn't do anything. This was the first show of ignoring the tenants. I was Parke’s roommate^. I second everything he said. Literally had our floors coming apart. All of our neighbors and anyone else who rented from Moore agree as well. Not saying stuff to be rude, I’m saying this so that I can hopefully save someone from years of trouble.
A friend of mine lived in one of their apartments. The lady in the office admitted to having a copy of everyone's keys at her disposal. She was also constantly instigating problems between the people renting. My friend has over a dozen text messages of the office lady telling her that people were going to plant drugs in her apartment. This office lady hasn't heard from my friend in quite some time.
