Worst place rental company I’ve worked with. I never write reviews but this was bad so I’m gonna write one. They were terrible about communicating with us, had mold in our apartment and we had to call several times to send someone over and I’m pretty sure they just painted over it. I wouldn’t recommend anyone living here. It’s hard to get in touch with anyone in the office, my account stopped working half way there the year and they never fixed it so I had to pay in cash for my rent every month. Best real estate and rental company anywhere you look. From Katrina in the front office , Danny in maintenance, to Tim in the back these folks know how to treat you right and get things done. 1000% recommend them.
YOU WANT THE HONEST TRUTH. The first year or so was good. Until we realized that when we tell there the floors we coming apart they didn't do anything. This was the first show of ignoring the tenants. Secondly when we got bad rain we started to realize that there was mold coming in to the corner of the house. they were informed, of this send the guy out and was told there was nothing to worry about. then every time it rained, the mold got worse and nothing was done. I was Parke’s roommate^. I second everything he said. Literally had our floors coming apart. All of our neighbors and anyone else who rented from Moore agree as well. Not saying stuff to be rude, I’m saying this so that I can hopefully save someone from years of trouble.
