The staff here goes out of their way to make you feel at home. They are truly genuine, friendly people. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better.

I was happy to see that their office equipment was in good shape. I felt like everything was up to date and met safety standards. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. My visit to Dr. Moore's office would have to be one my worst doctor visits EVER! What's sad is that it all started with my first phone call to there office. The girl on the phone stated that I would not want to come in on a Friday because I would have to see Dr. Moore's associate and she would not want her or any of her family to have a procedure done by him.
