Profit over patient care
Terrible experience. Booked an appointment for service, specifically to see a female licensed therapist. Drove 30 miles out to Henderson and showed up to an empty office. Waited 45 minutes for someone to come to the front and finally come do the intake. After the intake I was told that they didn’t have any “licensed” therapist on site and that I would have to see a male intern. I declined and left and 30 days later received a bill for the visit. To be honest I don't know how to rate this place! The therapist my children enjoy. The front office staff... What front office stuff? I can call a hundred times and never get an answer but now standing in the lobby I completely understand there's never anybody there! If there is somebody there they just look at you no greeting no nothing. I will leave a more detailed review after a few more visits but so far it's a 50/50 with this place If you don't mind never seeing anybody at the front desk to greet you being able to talk ... read more

My therapist here is amazing and is the first therapist in a long time that has made me feel heard and gave me the tools and direction I needed to start getting the help that I need. I’m very grateful. It can be hard to contact the office by phone but I love that I can do virtual visits!
