My therapist here is amazing and is the first therapist in a long time that has made me feel heard and gave me the tools and direction I needed to start getting the help that I need. I’m very grateful. It can be hard to contact the office by phone but I love that I can do virtual visits!
Jennifer Moore is awesome. I never have a problem with this staff either.
If I could give 0 stars I would. They scheduled an appointment for my daughter but since they say they changed their system it cancelled her appointment and someone else was scheduled for the 9:30am appointment . Jennifer Moore had an associate see my daughter that day and by the time we finished that appointment around 10:15 Jennifer Moore was walking in for her 9:30am appointment. Then on another occasion my child needed an emergency appointment and I was told I would get a call back. ( I had already found a new therapist ... read more
