My sister had Mycoplasma pneumonia and had been misdiagnosed twice. She was in the hospital wasting away when Dr. Moore diagnosed her correctly. And got her treated. She was in the hospital for close to two or three months. Without Dr. Moore I would’ve lost my sister. I have been a patient of Dr. Moore for over 15 yrs now. He takes time to listen to your concerns and questions. He really cares about his patients. You never feel rushed or that he is too busy. I've never had to wait more than 10 min for a scheduled appointment. There has even been times where I have called the office after their normal business hours and had Dr. Moore answer the phone personally. What doctor does that? I highly recommend him to anyone!

This office is horrific. The service is incredibly slow, bordering negligence. I had a visit with Dr. Moore in late February and had blood work done in March. There were critical results and the Dr. didn’t call me until May 19th to go over the labs. I know for a fact critical labs get called into the office as soon as they are resulted and it took him over 2 months to call me and go over the results. Horrible practice very unorganized On my 3rd visit they still had the nerve to ask if I have been there before. I have been waiting on my refferal to an OBGYN for over 2 weeks. I needed a letter from them that I asked over a week ago, almost lost my job because they couldn't even accommodate me with that letter.

I just recently began seeing Dr. Moore and I couldn’t be more pleased with him. The wait times may be a little longer than some but it’s worth it. He spends the time needed to ensure his patients leave with everything they need to understand and treat whatever it is that is ailing them. If it is something outside his scope of practice he works fast at getting authorization for outside referrals. Dr. Moore misdiagnosed a skin problem I had and was prescribed medication that I didn't need. I got an authorization to go to a dermatologist and the skin problem was taken care of. As of today 5-19-17 Friday 3:48 PM, I called Dr. Moore office and was told that they left for the day. Their recording say that they are opened till 6:00 pm. I do know why they decided to take off so early for. I asked the receptionist if she was sure they left and she assured me they did. No recommendation.

Dr moore was has been my fam. pediatrician for 18 yrs now. All 4 of my kids decline to be seen by anyone else, He is very thorough, patient, knowledgeable, and he really cares for his patients .I relocated 2 hours away from his office yet still trust no other . DR MOORE IS ONE OF A KIND ;)

Dr Moore is very knowledgable and is a very good doctor. He is very understanding and takes time to listen to me. So far I'm happy with dr Moore as he is helping me treat a condition called automuinne thyroidist. I would highly recommend him.
