I called for an appointment and the girl in the service department was the rudest person I have ever dealt with. Confirming that they did not have an appointment for over 2 weeks I decided to go with another company. She slammed down the phone and hung up on me. Do not call them or you most likely will regret the over inflated bill !!!!!
Moore Heating and Air Conditioning installed my Heat N Glo Escape gas fireplace insert. They did a fantastic job -- very knowledgeable, efficient and very clean. Made sure everything was working properly and not a speck of dirt was left behind before they left. Jerry was our lead installer and I got a chuckle when the city inspector whispered to me as he left that Moore did great work and I probably picked the very best installer of gas fireplace inserts in Alaska. Kudos to Moore Heating and Air Conditioning!
