Melinda's the hair queen!!!! – I used to be the queen of frumpy haircuts because I didn't know what to do with my hair. Melinda started cutting my hair a few years ago and has always done an amazing job. Best Makeup and Eyelash Extensions – OMG, so Cynthia is new at Moore but she did my eyelash extensions and I came back for my complimentary makeup session with her and wow, her work is so amazing i wish i could post a pic that my boyfriend took of me, she takes such gentle care. Not if you want a straight line. – I'm sorry, it seems as if there are plenty of good reviews, but I think my service was second-rate, or below. All I asked for was a blunt cut, no layers, no color, nothing. My hair is rather long, but I thought that was a situation you train for, and this person must have forgotten the lesson.
