After my experience with the service department today, I now understand why my father has refused to buying a truck off of Moore GMC.
Very happy with our purchase from Moore GMC... Mike was super helpful and everyone has kept in touch to be sure things have gone smoothly. Just received a gift mug in the mail, very nice gesture that reminded us how pleased we were with the experience. Highly recommended!
Worst experience after buying a truck they raped my father on repairs later down the road charged him thousands of dollars for work they never preformed on the truck an when I called them out on the work they didn't do because the parts I put on it were still on it an those are the parts they said they replace they would not remove that from the bill an release the truck back to us $6500 later we got it out of there real bullies here taking advantage of the sick an elderly you should be ashamed of your service managers
