Deceptive practices underway here. Was told today they have “done away” with all the oil changes I was promised when I bought my Acadia. It’s not my responsibility that you changed owners - you don’t screw your customers over with sudden changes that put more money in your own pocket - unless you want bad publicity.

Just recently bought a 2019 Acadia Denali and I could not be happier with my purchase. It is everything I wanted in a car. This was by far the most pleasant and easiest car buying experience. Scott Dunn was wonderful to work with, very personable and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Scott and the dealership as a whole.
Three years ago bought a brand new GMC Arcadia 2015, my sales rep Mike Porter was fantastic but after having the car for just one year the air conditioner hose blew out, couple months after that my navigation system went out, stereo went out.
