My husband and I bought a van from him a month ago, had some problems ended up taking it to the dealer. I told Matt about the issues going on, he sincerely apologized for the issues and made it right by helping with some of the bill. Even though he didn't have to! When we were originally buying the vehicle, we were back and forth to the bank, after work etc and he would stay late to help us out which he didn't have to do either. I appreciate the honesty and integrity. Definitely recommend!
