When I called as a new patient to make an appointment, I was given a choice of 8:00a or 9:00a. I chose 9:00a and arrived at 8:45 to fill out paperwork. When I walked in, the receptionist had an obvious attitude and said “Your appointment was at 8:00”. I said no, it’s at 9:00. She said, “We don’t have anything available”, so I left. What a rude place. I won’t be coming back.
When I got to this site I felt very good about the treatment and the excellent staff decided to do me a job with crowns which the insurance did not cover 100% and I paid my money $ 580, the job was excellent after 3 weeks a crown was worn on the one hand and they changed it since I supposedly have a 3-year guarantee when I return to put the crown on again it turns out that a different color arrived than mine again they sent the crown to the laboratory and took photos to see the exact color, I come back again and the crown wa... read more
I have gone to MOORE Family density for 9 yrs. . I find the staff and Dentist to be very professional , and likable .
