Moore responded quickly to my request. They surveyed the job carefully and gave me a detailed quote. They found other problems on my house and gave me the option to add them to the work. They priced everything separately and did not pressure to include the extras. I did choose to include the extras because I felt they were needed to maintain my house. The people at Moore were good to work with and the work was good. Initially experienced some confusion with scheduling but they worked it all out.
Very attentive, they acted quickly and discussed the action they took to cure the problem with the repair and walked the repair to identify where all repairs were made. Great customer service
Richard called me right away and came to my residence to inspect the work and offer me a bid. It was right on budget and furthermore, he completed the project much sooner than expected! Yea Richard! Everything went so smoothly and I couldn't be happier with this transaction.. (chimney siding totally replaced)
I worked with Kevin. He gave me a good estimate and the quality of work was good. The fence is beautiful. I'm very pleased. I know my neighbors will be asking who built my fence and I will be happy to refer them to Moore.
Once I decided to go with them, they were quick to come out and get the job done. It took an hour and they were done. Explained what was going on step by step. Will be doing more business with them in the future.
The workers need to do the job slower as some parts were done sloppy and had to be redone.
