HORRIBLE customer service. Meagan in particular. It's a shame when you can't even call and ask questions without the person on the other end being completely RUDE for no reason other than you're interrupting their day!! And it's not the first time I've gotten her on the phone either. Not once has she been pleasant to deal with. Definitely done with that place!!!
I could not ask for any more of a better customer service from Wayne Judalet and especially the very kind knowledgable ladies from the service department when we were there in the area for the Christmas Holiday's. Very quick swift service, they all made us feel very comfortable and right at home. Highly recommend to all for the very best service department! Thank you all! We bought a new jeep fromJames . He was the nices person. We went in with a price we was going to pay and they meet it. It took a little while but we r very pleased.
I have bought my last 3 vehicles from Silsbee Cowboy. And with all my cars they have done all my maintenance and treated me so great. I have sent people there to purchase vehicles and they have been just as great to them as they were to me. I won't purchase a vehicle from anybody else from them. I just bought a new vehicle from them today and very pleased. Thanks you guys!!!! You're Awesome in my book.
