Chevrolet service acts like it’s no big deal that something was taken out of my truck when it was getting an oil change.. Just because they have never had anyone complain about anything being stolen before I guess that gives them the service dept the ok to take what they want.. We was there for 7 1/2 hours before they decided they could put us in a new car and then didn’t even fill it up with gas and the Finance lady is very rude she made us come back 2 times to do paperwork over again I will NEVER buy another vehicle here and I will not recommend people to buy from this poor place!

Even though the salesman was nice and went out of his way for us the manager there was rude and was talking over me. When I asked him to quit raising his voice at me he got louder. That's ok because we got a better deal at JK. It is a shame that the salesman lost a sale because of his boss.
Went in to make a deal, they wouldn't give a good enough deal cause they kept lying about the walkout price paying cash. Got a call from JK chevy and I walked out to talk and that idiot that runs that place yelled at my wife after I walked out. Moore chevy will never see a penny from us. JK Chevrolet in Nederland gave us the cash price we were looking for, so if you're in the market for a new Chevy, go to JK Chevrolet cause they will work with you unlike Moore Chevrolet in Silsbee

My experience with Charlie Ozan : I was completely satisfied with his customer service. He was very helpful in getting me in a vehicle within my budget, explain everything to me, was very courteous. I will recommend him to anyone that is looking for a vehicle.
My experience was good, Lee Fox worked hard to get me what I wanted at the price I needed, no pressure. If you want to get treated like a customer and not a number I recommend Moore Chev.

He was extremely helpful, honest, and did everything he could to meet what I was looking for.
