Service and sales departments needs a complete overhaul. 1. I took my tundra in for an oil change when I picked it up it had oil on the door inside and outside and on steering wheel 2. They forgot to put all but one bolt and it was loose, back in my splash guard underneath when they changed my oil and it fell off going down the road 3. They broke my after market chrome grill 4.
