Appraiser David Starr receives only one star. He came from Bozeman to appraise a butte property of mine which came way below value I expected. This property shows a value of 159k prior to an entire remodel. He doesn’t understand the butte housing market we do use a mile radius here this isn’t a metropolitan area. Stay away from this Bozeman guy who works for this company.
