I followed Andy over to Moonstone when he left his last practice because I have never had such a positive experience with a therapist. As someone with bipolar disorder and depression and anxiety, I genuinely appreciate Andy’s “one size does not fit all” style to therapy. I’ve never stuck with a therapist this long and I’m so grateful to have found Andy. He has helped me recognize self worth and value in myself and can tell he genuinely cares for his clients.

I have no complaints with the clinicians, but their billing practices are deceptive and unethical. I would give a 0 star review if I could. Moonstone repeatedly told me—in writing—that my sessions were covered with a copay. For five months, they confirmed this and even refunded “errors,” only to later demand over $500 in back charges when they admitted the information was wrong. Grace is warm and professional. I have been in trainings with her and she is very insightful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Moonstone Counseling!
