I had a great experience at this store. The staff even offered to try and locate and order a particular tarot set I was looking for. Answered all my questions about some of the stones I had never seen before.
Beautiful store. Horrible customer service. I find it very disrespectful to answer the phone while I'm waiting to pay for something. They could have put the call on hold. Very slow. If it hadn't been for my husband wanting something, I would have walked out. If I'm spending hard earned money then the service could be better!!
