Out of towners looking for a treat! We found it- crowded but walked right in, sat right down and ordered fabulous peach moonshine, burgers (no bun but no fuss for this GF GURL) and meatloaf for the hubbs. So tastey. Fab service, so much so,?that this foodie and girl in the food industry had to say so.. NAILED IT! We need this in B-Town ( Boise) I'm your Huckleberry !!! �� Go HERE! Walk away full and happy~

Atmosphere and staff get 5 stars. However, the food was two stars at best. I had the combo with brisket, ribs, cornbread, coleslaw and potato salad. The coleslaw was some of the best I've ever had. The potato salad was ok. The ribs were super dry, as if left under a heat lamp. The brisket also very very dry. Unfortunate, as I had high hopes for this place. Everyone has off nights, maybe that's what I experienced.

Simple enough..... my dad, wife, and myself absolutely love Moonshine BBQ!!!! The staff are great!!! Other customers are wonderful. I guess that owners okay too. � but seriously Tom's the best!!!!

Food was delicious and fast for the place being nearly packed. Had pork, beef, ribs and sausage... Pork a bit dry but, great flavor and the other items all perfect, corn bread was awesome. Beer selection was fantastic, great Stout on tap!!! Experience was as awesome as Christmas without the annoying family part and shopping part.

I've been here twice for lunch and picked up takeout from them a few times. They're one of the only barbecue places nearby, so I might be back, but service art lunchtime was somewhat slow and the food is often fair to middling
I was from out of town, looked and looked for a good happy hour and finally found this place. Food was amazing, Friendly staff, awesome atmosphere. The sauces that were available were absolutely delicious! I would recommend this place to a family looking for a great place for dinner to friends looking to have a few drinks. I can't wait to go back!

We've been here several times and it was always good but something has changed and not for the better... my chicken was cold and undercooked (2 other customers prior to me had the same issue according to the server).... they asked if I wanted to replace it with the more expensive brisket which has ALWAYS been VERY good... so I did...thinking they would just swap it for the same cost... well... they refunded the $15 for my meal and then charged us $5 for the dry very fatty not very good brisket... sorry to say we probably won... read more
