Just had the combo plate from the food truck at the taste of Edmonds and was blown away! The brisket was just ridiculous. And of course I mean that in the best way possible. The pork was also fabulous BTW. Oh, right, the potato salad was also first-rate. Definitely going to have to go up to Lynnwood [from down in the Edmonds bowl] to get some sausage and/or kielbasa! Especially now that I know the drive is going to be absolutely worth it.

We go there quite often, the food is great but yes it gets very packed which I suppose that's a good thing.
