Headline: Disappointing service and missing parts. A few years ago, the battery I bought here died within a month. The shop didn't have a replacement in stock and suggested I buy one elsewhere for them to install. Recently, I went to change the battery again only to find that the internal mounting hardware was missing. It had been tied down haphazardly, which caused a lot of trouble during the swap today.
