I happily found Moonrise Jewelry during my annual trip to Cape Charles. Meredith (the owner) was there and was so welcoming and friendly. Her jewelry is truly unique and fabulous! So far, I own only one bracelet. But look forward to to many more purchases!
If you are looking for an original piece that you will not see any of your coworkers wearing, something that is guaranteed to be unique and intriguing, this is the place. It is where classics meet whimsy. I love how traditional elements are crossed with ordinary items (fish leather - who knew?) to make a real show stopper piece. Truly amazing artistry here.

What a fantastic little shop! I stopped in Labor Day weekend and asked whether I could get them to repair a lovely necklace I’d gotten there a while back. It had gotten caught in my shirt collar. Not only did they repair it, but they also sent me a nice thank you note when they returned it. Small businesses are great but this one is THE BEST!
I visited about a year ago on a road trip with my husband. I picked out the moon ring that was of course black and gold me being from NOLA. I absolutely love it! I wear it all the time and I am purchasing my granddaughter one! I absolutely loved this store and their jewelry very unique and one of a kind! Built very well! This place is a little hidden gem!
