Nice 'theme' hotel in an excellent location for night-life. The rooms are small but exquisitely adorned, the beds are very nice, and the rooftop bar has wonderful views if the downtown a few miles east. It ranks five stars for an overnight stay for access to night entertainment, three as just a place to stay, so I give it four stars as an average.
