There is no real receptionist. She never answers the phone when you call. Instead you walk in, put your name on a list. They call you back, let it ring twice, then hang up. The wait is routinely 2+ hours now. Don't bother trying to call back. They are not organized and could care less that parents are dragging children under the age of 3 into this place.
