I just started tanning a month ago, my first visit I got a free tan, went in the next day and bought a package. I've yet to get a tour or explained how any of the different beds work. I did ask about the lotions but the gal behind the counter didn't offer to let me smell them. They keep telling me I have a legacy visit and yet have no idea what that is.
