Jeff made selling my townhouse and buying a condominium with my daughter a less stressful experience. We wanted a particular condominium which made it more challenging but Jeff really helped make it happen. Getting the townhouse ready to put on the market required some work to be done and Jeff recommended a handyman and everything came together perfectly. We would highly recommend Jeff if you need a realtor.

To pile on a bit, the Mooney Smart team is beyond awesome. They have helped us numerous times, all beyond expectations, even though our expectations are higher each time. You cannot do better than this team if you tried. I have used several other very good agents in other states and this team beats them all!

Mark answered our many questions and requests immediately. He went above and beyond what I ever would have expected. It was a difficult process and I never would have made it without his help and emotional support. We will always remember his kindness and encouraging words. He is the BEST!! Thank you Mark!

I had a great experience working with Jeff on the other side of the transaction. The entire deal went very smoothly from start to finish. He was extremely responsive, easy to communicate with, and genuinely friendly throughout the process. I’d gladly work with him again!

Mark was excellent to work with and made the sale of my property in Minnesota very smooth. Even though I was in a different city, his coordination was outstanding and I did not have to travel even once. He took good care through the winters and has extensive market experience . Highly recommend Mark and Jeff if you are buying or selling property .
