It is so sad because I loved my masseuse and most everything else, until “Chris” decided to be condescending and rude. FYI: 1. They automatically add gratuity. I think this is shady practice and how do I know my masseuse is getting it? Plus, it’s not obvious. 2. All of the information they give for the day spa customers says to get there 2 hrs before your service to enjoy the pool.
