Service as Expected Moon Valley consultant with our new landscape design was very helpful. We bought the shrubs and trees for the new landscape from them and are satisfied with their price.
I'm impressed i got a nice selection of trees and shrubs, fairly exotic for this area; such as a pineapple guava shrub and a magnolia tree. Moon nursery has a wonderful, helpful staff (especially Christina up at the Durango location.) David planted my trees and shrubs, and he did an extraordinary job (better than my design drawing!) I'll see how they grow, but I coudn't be happier... thanx moon nursery!
Beware Ordered a tree on Friday for delivery the following Tuesday. Cancelled the order within 24 hours and the beligerent salesperson said I had to pay a 15% cancellation fee for this excuse, "we already paid our salesman and the men who are planting it". Mind you the tree hasn't been delivered nor any expense been incurred by them. Would you believe this story? Great Service Just got my plants planted by moon valley, Tony and his Crew were the best. I couldnt be happier with quality of plant selection. Sarah came over to my house and designed my small backyard. My whole package deliverd planted and guaranteed was 900 dollars and that included my trees rock and irragation. I got similar quotes from other landscapers in town at twice to three times as much. They did not carry 1gal plants so I went with all 5gals. I would recomend this nursery to anyone.
Amazing Time Everybody was so polite and nice. Walking in and out with all the help made me feel like a celebrity :) Great selection of plants to choose from.
Best in town!! I found Moon Valley so helpful when I was doing my backyard. I brought in pictures of my yard along with measurements and the design person Vanessa was extremely knowledgable and helpful. We have had nothing but great things to say about the results. They were able to make our yard look so good on our limited budget, and I am so happy! I would absolutely recommend!!!
Big Selection, Horrible Quallity First off I would like to state that I follow the directions of a well experienced Arborist regarding the care of my shrubs and trees. I follow proper watering and proper fertilizing 4 times a year (with Moon Valleys own "Moon Dust") I had my backyard done in the fall of 08. Great knowledge and prices I was on a very tight budget when landscaping my backyard when I received a flyer that advertised 3 tress $299 planted and guaranteed. So when I went to check this place out I told them what kind of tree I was looking for they had some to fit my lifestyle! This is a huge outdoor nursery so they drive you around in golf carts and if you don't want to ride (I didn't because I has an infant) they are fine with walking you around.
