Families BEWARE! Terrible outdated rules from when it was a 55 + community. The children that live here are often mistreated by many of the residents who seem to wish it was still 55+. Tread carefully it can be a shockingly unwelcome place for a family to reside! My seven year old can't play outside without being too loud for someone.
