Very professional attitude, Excellent customer service - Lance was very professional and thorough in explaining me all the options for tinting available. He was the one who did the job and it was excellent ! He did advice a standard 3-5 days no wash/use of windows (which I thankfully adhered too) and post exactly 3 days after the film cured - there were absolutely no bubbles or peel offs (I went with the Madico films which came with lifetime warranty). It's difficult to find a place that is trustworthy with ones car. Lance from auto tint shop was very helpful with any questions. Drove all the way from Mesquite TX and definitely would recommend this company to any person who wants their windows tinted! I was looking for good tint job for my car and this place seemed to have good reviews on yelp, so I checked it out. I took my car there and the employees were professional and knowledgeable. They gave me more information than I asked for and were actually trying to help instead of scam me. Definitely will be returning anytime I need a vehicle tinted.

Don't use these guys unless you want stuff stolen out of your car. They took my parking access pass from my center console and denied taking it afterwards, stating they "wouldn't have any reason to be around the center console while tinting," Is that so? Then why did I find a straw in my center console....even though I don't eat or drink in my car? I had to purchase a new parking card. And then they have the nerve to ask me bring my car back for future service because of how well-maintained it is. Yah right. The work is fine... read more

I have had many cars tinted at Moonshadow over the years and always got great service at a great price. The guys who do the installs have done it for years so they do quality work. I've never had a problem with them and will continue to go back. I plan to have the windows on my house done next.

I took my mom to Moonshadow to get her windows tinted. Her car went in new, came out with a new scratch on the rear passenger door about 6 inches long down to primer. The employee argued the scratch was an old scratch on a brand new car. He lied out his butt trying to come up with some way it wasn't the responsibility of Moonshadow. The scratch had fresh "dust" on it and the water drips from the tint were not affected by the scratch so it happened after it was in their care. Does not respect cutomer time – The Manager at the MoonShadow Window Tinting is very very rude and do not respect the value of the customer time and treats customers as if the he is doing a favor and providing the service free of charge. I have never been so frustrated in last 5 years.I wasted almost 2 full days trying to add Tint to my car. They will give appointment, but once you go there, they will cancel the appointment and will ask you to come back.

I've used these guys for all my vehicles – They know what they are doing and I trust them. They've been in business for years so they have great experience and advice and low prices. I've had four of my past vehicles tinted and never a problem so I'll be taking my next car there too!

Very unprofessional company – These guys did not do the complete job. When called to complain the owner of the company was very rude. We feel cheated. Terrible customer service and business ethics.
