I went there today with a group of friends to have what normally is an enjoyable meal, but was very let down. We got there and it wasn’t very crowded inside or outside and because it was such a beautiful day we chose to sit outside, when ordering our drinks (which was water) we were told to “fix” our own drinks from the cooler, when ordering food we were told that the menu was different for outside guest from inside (which should had been told to us before being seated), our waitress was very cold and unconcerned with us bei... read more

Cold Beer! Knowledgeable Staff! And my personal favorite is their hamburger!!! I love when they have music too, oh! And they are pet friendly too! I always eat outside as I know the building is haunted.... I am a local and Moon River is one of my absolute favorite places to go for lunch when I’m downtown because they are consistently yummy! Go! Eat Local!!
Always experimenting with tasty new beers, super comfortable outdoor dining and some of the most delicious deviled eggs anywhere!
Excellent server on st Patrick’s day! She was awesome! Bartenders were great too.
I had the most memorable rehearsal dinner for our wedding at Moon River in May 2015! Gene, John, Kristine, Josh, Skully, and the rest of the staff take great care of their clientele and appreciate our entire community. It’s like the “Cheers” of Savannah where everybody knows your name. Great beer, food, one swell outdoor beer garden to boot!
