The Moon Mountain Christmas Tree Farm land was settled by Baptista and Maria Ferrando in 1918 and has remained in the family for four generations. Planted more than 35 years ago by Ed Ferrando and his brothers, Tom and Larry, it is still farmed and operated by the Ferrando family. Today Ed's children Bobbi and John, along with their families live on the property and continue the tradition of family farming in the Sonoma Valley. LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE! Have been going there for about 15 years. My daughter now gets her tree there as well. Always has cookies, hot cider, hot chocolate or tea ready for you. They cut down the tree for you which is the best! You pick it out in November and come pick it up in December.
