I had the unfortunate occasion to have Dr Moon do my hip replacement, which apparently he should not be doing. My hip will never be the same. From the moment I woke up in recovery I was in more pain. My knee was damaged and he put the replacement in at the wrong angle and made my leg shorter by nearly an inch. I was told the hip was fine and just needed to rehab. Dr. Moon rebuilt my ankle, I can walk because of him and his team.
Dr. Moon is the GOAT. I consider having him as my surgeon as one of the biggest blessings in my life. Dr. Moon and his staff have always been professional and kind, which was huge for me considering what an anxious wreck I was. I am writing this review to share the extremely upsetting experience my mother had during her recent appointment with Dr. Moon. My mom lives with Panic/Anxiety Disorder and PTSD after a serious accident and injury, and she went into this appointment already feeling vulnerable and overwhelmed.
