Honestly an underrated place to live. Rent is cheap for Provo (NOT owned by Redstone) at approximately $1,100 a month for two bedrooms and one bathroom. Perfect for a married couple or to put two people in both rooms for a full apartment (making the rent under $300 a month). There’s always parking, and the pool is never too busy!
Not a good experience. It was the only thing we could find at the time, and there was probably a good reason for that. I break my review down into Apartment quality, Location, Price, and Management. Averaging the totals from each would be 7/20 or 1.4 out of 5 stars. We lived in the married housing, so it might be a little different perspective than some, but I wouldn't recommend it and would never go back. Apartment quality 0/5 Very thin walls.
