Good
Sent an email, expressing interest in a vehicle. After a few hours, I received a very impersonal and half-hearted email back. Yes, I sent in an email instead of calling. However, like a lot of individuals, I work. I don't have a lot of time to pick up the phone. It would have been nice to be treated as if I were sitting right in front of the salesman. I've worked in car sales before. These salesmen do not want to move their product.
Quick response time
They have more cars than they can handle, no room to look them over and if you found one to check out it would have taken hours to unblock it for a test drive. I will NOT go back. The car I was interested in and came from out of town to see was parked on the end, so I was able to access it, but it had an issue with a tire, or tie rod or something that should have been taken care of before they tried to sell it. Terrible!!!!
