They refused to do a procedure until they get pre authorization from the insurance company in writing that they'll pay for it in regular mail that takes 2 to 3 weeks, I called the insurance company, they said that procedure doesn't any authorization and it's covered, you have enough credit to cover it, but I guess this office is money profit oriented, they care about money more than patients, Dave, the office manager, requested 100 dollars to book an appointment, that's shameful, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. If I could give a 0 on stars I would. I originally came to Dr. Moody back in June of 2021, never met the man a day in my life until he decided to throw me a piece of paper stating that on March 8th of 2022 if I pay 2,100 dollars that day for a root canal and crown he’ll knock 15 percent off of my bill. I didn’t come to buy a car, typical salesmen! I came for a second cleaning on March 2nd of 2022, thereafter, I felt extreme pain, I came back on March 8th complaining of extreme pain to my front left tooth, he didn’t even exam... read more

They were wonderful! The entire staff! I was really nervous about going to the dentist for awhile and everybody there made me feel so welcomed and very comfortable. Thank you! Highly recommended.

Hands down the absolute worst place you could ever go to.... so unless you want to get all your teeth worked on and your mouth to hurt for life and every tooth he worked on pulled and you have to get Dentures before your 30th birthday i strongly suggest going somewhere else ANYWHERE ELSE at this point the black market would be a better out come! Had another great experience at Moody Dental today. Jessica cleaned my teeth gently and actually explained things to me no one ever had before. The week before, Dr. Moody filled 4 cavities so quickly and painlessly that I thought only one had been done. These have been the best dental experiences I've ever had. It's a great place. The employees do a first class job.
