I had been with an broken A/c unit for eighth days, my home insurance company sent someone from Houston out for it. They “needed to order a part for it”. My home insurance company than denied the part for the unit. My husband then called the maker of the units and they recommended Moody Air Conditioning because of them being local. My husband called Moody, they told him they would come out between 12-2. They pulled up alittle after 12, and went straight to working on the unit. I called John Moody - he was in the neighbor hood, so he was at my house in ~ 15 minutes. He changed a contactor, which had burn marks, and had to disconnect the low freon shut down switch, which was causing the unit to spit and sputter until it kicked off the breaker. he checked the freon level, added 1 pound of R22 since it was at 50#'s - normal is 60#'s, but was nowhere close to shutting down the unit, only getting close to freezing the coils. Great service!! Called them Friday afternoon and they were able make it out to our house the same day to fix our air conditioner and get cold air blowing again!
Called at 5pm on Friday night and had John here in about 15 mins! He definitely saved the day for us! Had the AC up and running in about an hour! Thanks John!
