Laura Acosta is a breath of fresh air when it comes to her approach to therapy. My wife and I had done couples therapy before with the same therapist for a year and never felt like we ever left the session feeling better. Almost every session we have had with Laura feels refreshing and feels like we are making progress. She really works with you and your schedule to accommodate your needs. I came to monumental therapy group seeking a new therapist as my previous one stopped seeing clients suddenly. I was matched originally to Laura, for just general therapy services. Rebecca is the absolute best!! She is funny, real, helpful. I’ve never had a better therapist. It’s not only an amazing vent session but I feel like I’m growing as a person sooo much. The space is comforting and everyone is so nice!!
