We hired Monumental for a pretty large renovation on a historic Capitol Hill row home. They installed a new kitchen, two new HVAC units (with new duct work), flooring, new structural beams and more. We were very impressed with their communication and attention to detail on a fairly complex project with lots of moving parts. Monumental was recommended to me by a remediation company that dealt with a pipe overflow/water damage issue in my condo. As anyone knows who has been through a major home repair, it’s exhausting and disruptive and you just want your home back.
