Monumental did a gut renovation of our apartment, which turned out fantastic! The quality of the work was terrific. Coordination is a particular strength of the firm - our unit is in a multi family building and, in addition to the contractor, we hired architects for the project, and Monumental seamlessly coordinated with both for this project. Their on site project lead, Victor, was very responsive and the building staff commented on how much they appreciated his coordination as well.

I cannot say enough good things about Gilbert and his team at Monumental Contractors—they are truly doing the Lord’s work. What started as a straightforward renovation turned into a complex, multi-phase project due to repeated leaks from neighboring units. Absolutely phenomenal experience working with Roger and Gilbert at Monumental Contractors. They were responsive and professional right from the start and were able to clearly identify the best solution to a remodeling job needed in the basement.
